Registered Sex Offender Convicted Of Sodomy, Incest With 5-Year-Old Reports Move In Shirley

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to residents in Suffolk County regarding the residency of 55-year-old Randy Wilens, who has reported a move from Glen Drive to Auborn Avenue in Shirley.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Wilens as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Wilens had deviate sexual intercourse and sexual contact with a family member in Poughkeepsie in February 1987. Wilens was convicted of first-degree sodomy and incest in October 1987 and sentenced to a term of 102 months to 17 years in state prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Suffolk County Police Department's SOR Unit.
